Interested in Martial Arts from a young age Aisling began training in Karate at 10 years old, after some years training she began experimenting in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu when her Instructor Ian Ward began introducing it, she received her blue belt from Matt Thornton of SBG in 2006.After training Jiu-Jitsu Aisling decided to turn her focus towards mixed martial arts and began training Thai boxing with Paddy Clint in Chupasart Muay Thai, her MMA coach John Kavanagh of SBG has been instrumental in adapting her skills to mixed martial arts and a major part of her success.
